Order Processing & Production
Most Leopold House wallpapers and décor are made to order. Production timelines vary by product and will be noted on individual product pages.

Standard production time: 1-2 business weeks

Sample orders typically ship within 3-7 business days
Orders enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
We currently ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Expedited shipping may be available on select items and does not shorten production time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Delivery & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Leopold House is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused or returned as undeliverable may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
