3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.
4. Custom, Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items
Many Leopold House products are made to order. Unless otherwise stated:

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Leopold House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited. Eligibility for returns, if any, will be outlined on the product page or in our Returns Policy.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
